Membership - requirements

It is agreed between the company and HIMA Benelux vzw that the company becomes a member of HIMA Benelux vzw, and pays the annual membership fee for this after receiving the invoice. The payment of the membership fee entitles the member to current services. No memberships are taken out on patrimonial, holding or management companies, unless this is the member's core business. Membership is for at least one year, and is automatically renewed unless the member cancels the membership in writing by mail or letter no later than three months before the start of the new operating year (January).

Membership expires in calendar years (January - December). Any cancellations must reach us in writing and on time. Membership belongs to the company and is not in its name. Each member company may, and therefore can, always decide which employees it will delegate.
